Exchanges are possible on  CD/vinyl  (not including a jewel case/jacket nor insert card if any) which are damaged in shipping process, only within 45 days from the date of our shipment confirmation e-mail to you.

We will replace the product and return ship back to your address within 30 days upon receiving the damaged product.

No Refunds:

Cancellations/changes of purchases and orders are not accepted. No refund is accepted.


Shipping will be made within one to four weeks from the date of your purchase.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping Methods are as follows.

Standard Air Mail (US Post Services):
Delivery  will be in +/- one week from the shipping date.  The package is NOT traceable by standard mail services.  Axis will e-mail to confirm the shipment date however we are not liable for any loss or mislocation of the package by this service.

Express Mail (USPS/EMS):
Delivery will be in three to six days depending on your location. The package is insured and delivery confirmed. Axis will e-mail to confirm the shipment date with the tracking number so you can track your package at www.USPS.com

No other shipping methods than offered in this site is possible at this time.
